Ways to drink it

Curious serves

Six house serves — two for each gin. Nothing here needs a cocktail kit beyond a spoon, a shaker if you have one, and a healthy disregard for drinking gin out of the correct glassware.

The Curious & Tonic
Friday Gin

The Curious & Tonic

The Friday knock-off drink, done properly. Finger lime and mandarin lift the classic G&T straight into the weekend.

You'll need

  • 45ml Curious Friday Gin
  • 120ml premium tonic water
  • A twist of mandarin peel
  • Half a finger lime (or a squeeze of lime)
  • Plenty of large ice

The method

Fill a tall glass with ice. Pour the gin, top slowly with tonic, and stir once. Express the mandarin peel over the top, drop it in with the finger lime pearls.

Magic Gin

The Colour Change

The party trick. Pour it electric blue, add tonic in front of your guests, and watch it blush to pastel pink.

You'll need

  • 45ml Curious Magic Gin
  • 120ml tonic water (or any citric mixer)
  • Butterfly pea flowers to garnish
  • Large clear ice

The method
